Xanadu Resort

Ambergris Caye

Xanadu Island Resort is a collection of 20 thatched roof suites conveniently located approx. one mile from San Pedro Town. The resort has a very natural setting and the suites are surrounded by tropical foliage. There is a small nature trail and waterfall at the back of the resort and the resort has achieved Green Globe Status reflecting its commitment to the environment.

Rooms are one, two and three bedroom suites that are spacious and have ceiling fans, air-conditioning, cable TV, Ipod docking stations and high speed Wifi. All suites have fully equipped kitchens including fridge, coffee maker and microwave. Additionally each suite has a deck either facing the ocean, or overlooking the pool or gardens.

Dining There is no restaurant onsite but the resort is within walking distance of the many bars and restaurants in San Pedro town.

Onsite facilities include heated outdoor pool, complimentary use of ocean kayaks, bicycles and wifi. There is a tour desk to organise any snorkelling or diving trips on the nearby barrier reef.
